PAYMENT
Full tuition payment must be made by the first scheduled class of the course. If you have not paid the tuition in full by the first scheduled class, you authorize Rushmore Prep to charge the remaining balance to your credit card by the start of the course purchased.
REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS FOR LIVE ONLINE CLASSES
Rushmore Prep will refund 100% of your paid tuition if you withdraw from your enrollment in an online course eight (8) days or more before the first scheduled session of your course, less an administrative class fee of $150. Refunds for withdrawals within seven (7) days from the start of a purchased 2 or 4 week course (before or after) will result in a 50% refund, and no refunds will be given after that. No refunds will be given on Boot Camp courses once the 2-day course begins. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS OR RESCHEDULING FOR TUTORING SESSIONS
Withdrawals from enrollment in private tutoring eight (8) or more days before the first scheduled session of your tutoring will result in a 100% refund less an administrative fee of $150. Tutoring refunds AFTER the start date must be cancelled by the fourth session to get a refund of the remaining hours not used, less a $50 administrative fee. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed. Customers needing to reschedule any pre-arranged tutoring sessions must do so within forty-eight (48) hours before the given session, and there is no guarantee of Instructor availability, including sessions before any given test schedule date, however we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
ONLY ONE PERSON PER ACCOUNT
By creating an account and purchasing a course, you agree that only one person will use and study a Rushmore Prep course purchased. Rushmore Prep may shut down an account with no refund if it believes the account is being used by more than one person to study. If, however, it is proven or believed that only one person after all, was using and studying a Rushmore Prep course, we will restore or refund in full that account to the user.
LATE ARRIVALS
No tuition adjustment shall be made for time lost due to the late arrival by a student. However, Rushmore Prep shall compensate for the late arrival of an instructor by extending a class session by mutual agreement for the time forfeited.
COURSE CANCELLATION
Occasionally, due to causes outside of the control of Rushmore Prep and its associates, we may have to change and/or cancel the course entirely , due to various circumstances, may change a course schedule, location, or cancel the course entirely. If we cancel the course in which you are registered and are unable to reschedule you into another course that is acceptable to you, we will refund 100% tuition paid, and we will have no further liability to you regarding the cancelled course.

Rushmore Prep guarantees a 200 point score improvement on our students’ SAT exam retakes, and a 4 point score improvement on our students’ ACT exam retakes, for students taking our 2 week and 4 week courses. Proof of official SAT or ACT scores before enrollment must be provided, along with 100% student timely participation in every course session, completion of practice tests, and essays. If you scored over 1240 on the SAT or over 27 on the ACT, we obviously cannot offer this guarantee, but we do guarantee your score will increase. Only one guarantee per student. Guarantees do not apply to Boot Camps, tutoring packages, or videos. To apply for a money back guarantee, you must provide within 90 days of the release of your test score the following:
A printout from the College Board website, showing their logo, student’s name, date tests were taken with score for both before and after exams.
